Policy.

This Policy applies to voluntary Faction War Bond payments made through PayPal.

Before payment completion

You may cancel on PayPal before completing approval. A cancelled or failed checkout is not recorded as completed Faction support. If PayPal shows a temporary authorization, its release timing is controlled by PayPal or your funding provider.

Completed War Bonds

War Bonds immediately affect a shared, time-limited Faction total and do not deliver a personal digital item. Completed payments are therefore generally final once processed, except where this Policy or applicable consumer law requires otherwise. This does not limit any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right available in your location.

Requesting a refund

Contact us through the official support/contact channel published by Cold Bearing or Cerberus Game Labs. Include your Commander display name, approximate payment date, package, supported Faction, and PayPal transaction identifier. Do not send card or bank credentials. We will review duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, material checkout errors, and other requests fairly under the circumstances and applicable law.

Processing and game effect

Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original funding route. PayPal or your financial institution controls when funds become available. A refund, reversal, or buyer-favor dispute removes the affected amount from that Faction's current-period net support calculation, never below zero. Partial refunds reduce it by the partial amount.

Disputes and abuse

If you do not recognize a payment, contact us and PayPal promptly. Opening a PayPal dispute does not remove rights you have under applicable law. Fraudulent refund requests or deliberate abuse may lead to account restrictions consistent with the Terms, but we will not retaliate for a good-faith exercise of legal or payment-platform rights.

Policy changes

We may update this Policy prospectively and will post the effective date. The version accepted at checkout and any mandatory law applicable to the transaction will govern that payment.
