Terms of
Service.
These Terms govern access to Cold Bearing, a campaign game operated by Cerberus Game Labs ("we," "us," or "the operator"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding access to your account, and activity performed through it. Do not impersonate others, share access in a way that compromises the service, or attempt to bypass authentication.
2. Game service
Cold Bearing is an evolving online campaign. Rules, balance, availability, campaigns, and game state may change. We may maintain, suspend, reset, or discontinue features when reasonably needed for security, operations, game integrity, or development. Virtual game state has no cash value and is not your property.
3. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, automate play without permission, exploit defects, harass others, publish unlawful content, interfere with infrastructure, probe security, or use the service in a way that violates law or another person's rights. We may restrict or close accounts that materially violate these Terms, with measures proportionate to the conduct and any applicable law.
4. Faction War Bonds
War Bonds are voluntary support payments processed by PayPal in USD. They are not investments, debt instruments, charitable donations, wagers, or purchases of personal power. A completed payment increases the selected Faction's monthly net support total. Each $100 of net support adds 1% manufacturing throughput, calculated continuously and capped at 10% for that UTC month. All players in that Faction share the effect.
Package price and selected Faction are shown before checkout. No personal item, premium currency, rank, ownership interest, tax deduction, or guaranteed game outcome is provided. Refunds, reversals, and buyer-favor payment disputes reduce the applicable support total, never below zero. See the Refund Policy.
5. Wall of Fame
Publication is off by default. If you explicitly opt in during checkout, the Commander display name recorded at that time may appear alphabetically under the supported Faction for the current month. We do not publish amounts or rankings. Contact us through the operator's published Cold Bearing or Cerberus Game Labs support channel to request removal.
6. Intellectual property
Cold Bearing, its software, visual design, text, game systems, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
8. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms and will post the updated effective date. Material changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Questions may be sent through the official support/contact channel published by Cold Bearing or Cerberus Game Labs.
